Where Purpose Meets Steady Guidance

Learn what inspired Sabren Group, the principles it stands on, and the thoughtful approach that defines the work.

Our Beginning

Why Sabren Exists

Sabren Group was founded on the belief that meaningful growth requires more than quick advice or surface-level reassurance. In moments of overwhelm or transition, what people often need most is not urgency, but steadiness. A space where conversations are unhurried, listening comes before direction, and individuals are met without judgment. In a culture that pushes for rapid solutions, Sabren honors a different pace rooted in reflection, clarity, and personal readiness, guided by a simple conviction: when people feel understood and steady, lasting change becomes possible.

Our Philosophy

Where Clarity and Compassion Work Together

Growth, as we see it, is not something to be rushed, but something to be understood. Lasting change begins with clarity. Recognizing patterns, understanding responses, and building steadiness from within at a pace that feels sustainable. Listening is central to this work, not simply hearing words but honoring context, history, and nuance so that insight can emerge naturally. At the same time, compassion must be supported by structure; thoughtful frameworks and clear direction provide the stability needed for meaningful progress. It is within this balance, between empathy and accountability, care and clarity, that confidence strengthens and forward movement becomes possible.

Leadership & Vision

Meet the Founder

Sabren Group was founded by Stacey W. Yearout, published author, psychological researcher, outreach advocate, and BMI-certified songwriter, whose work is grounded in decades of observing human behavior across industries and cultures. His book, Silence of Humanity, explores how early life experiences shape adult mental health, relationships, and decision-making, forming the foundation of Sabren’s mission.
With over 30 years in the logistics industry and extensive travel across the U.S. and abroad, Stacey witnessed the silent struggles many individuals face, especially in underserved communities. This inspired platforms like The Trucker’s Radio Podcast and Stayne Music Company, combining psychology, storytelling, and practical guidance to break cycles of silence and support lasting growth.

Our Distinction

A Different Kind of Support

Support should never feel rushed or transactional. At Sabren Group, conversations are not confined to scripts or generic advice. They are thoughtful, intentional, and grounded in real understanding. Each engagement is shaped around the individual, not a template, allowing space for clarity to develop naturally rather than being forced.
This approach is both structured and human. Clear frameworks provide direction and accountability, while empathy ensures that progress remains sustainable and respectful of personal pace. The goal is not to deliver quick answers, but to foster steady confidence. The kind that grows from insight, consistency, and meaningful reflection.
